There are multiple ways for you to submit a Support Request to our Fusion Customer Support team.

via Fusion or Knowledge Base
You can easily submit a Support Request right in Fusion itself.
IMPORTANT: Do not include any PHI in your Support Request or screenshots.
1. Click the Help button and select Get Help at the top of any page in Fusion.
2. Type in Keywords to search our Knowledge Base. The answer you need may already exist in an article!
3. If you still need help, click Leave Us a Message.
4. Enter your Name and Email Address.
5. Enter your question, request, or issue. Include your situation and as much detail as possible.
6. If you have any attachments that may help (screenshots, etc.) upload them.
7. Click Send.
8. You will receive a confirmation email that your Support Request has been received.
via Email
You can also send Fusion an email. This email will be turned into a Support ticket for you!
- Email fusion.support@therapybrands.com from the email you have. Just as before, enter your question, request, or issue. Include your situation and as much detail as possible. If you have any attachments that may help (screenshots, etc.) please attach them to your email.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your Support Request has been received.

Finally, you call Fusion Support. Your conversation will be turned into a Support ticket for you.
