How do I access the Knowledge Base?
- Bookmark it! https://fusionwebclinic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and check it out. The articles are regularly updated with the latest information. You can also use the search function which is super robust.
- You'll also be able to access the Knowledge Base from within Fusion. In the upper right corner, click the question mark icon and select Get Started or What's New

Do I need a Support Account?
- At this time you do not need to create a support account. If we create the ability to create a personalized support account, we will be sure to list instructions on how to create one.
