Permissions: You need the Admin permission to deactivate an appointment preset.
If you no longer need to use a preset, you can deactivate it to hide it from the list of available presets when scheduling an other event / meeting.
Deactivate an Other Event Preset
- Go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Appointment Presets.
- Click the Other Event tab.
- To the right of the preset, click the Deactivate icon.
- Click the Deactivate Other Event Preset button.
This preset will no longer be available to select when scheduling an other event / meeting.
