Enroll for InstaMed ERAs (Fusion)

Permissions: You need an account at InstaMed to enroll for InstaMed ERAs.

To receive ERAs through Fusion from InstaMed payers, you have to use InstaMed Connect credentials.

Establish InstaMed Connect login credentials

1. Complete the InstaMed Remittance Connectivity form.
2. Fax the form to InstaMed at [phone].
3. Receive login credentials via email from InstaMed.

Securely share your credentials with Fusion

1. Complete the InstaMed Connect Credentials for ERAs form.
2. Upload the completed form in Resources.
   1. Go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Resources.
   2. In the bottom right corner click + Resource.
   3. Select file, name, section, and description as needed.
   4. When complete select Save Resources.
