Permissions: You need the Billing permission to revise a claim.
If you need to make changes to a claim that's already been finalized, you'll need to revise the claim first.
Before You Begin
- Revising a claim that has been finalized to a billing account will change the line on the statement back to a pending state unless the line has been invoiced.
- If this instance of the claim has been finalized to the secondary or tertiary claim, you'll need to delete that claim instance instead.
Revise a Claim
- Open the claim you're working with.
- In the lower right, click the Revise button.
- Click the Revise Claim button.
