Print a Patient's Information

  Permissions: The patients you can access depends on your permissions, the locations you've been assigned to, and the patients you've been scheduled with.

You can generate a printed copy of a patient's information to have the patient or caregiver verify that it is correct.

Before you Begin

• If there is no information for the patient in a section of the document, the entire section will not appear.
• If there is some information for the patient in a section of the document, the entire section will appear, including blank fields.

Print a Patient's Information

1. Open the patient whose information you want to print.
2. In the lower left, click the Print button.
