The Claim List
Billing successfully in Fusion requires an understanding of how claims are organized and processed in Fusion. For an introduction to claims, check out the video below.
The Life of a Claim
It's important to understand how charges move through Fusion and what action should be taken throughout. In this video, we'll submit a claim and follow it as it's received by insurance, paid, and finalized to a patient account.
Creating & Balancing Remits

Credit Card Processing: Before you begin billing your clients, be sure to apply for Fusion's integrated credit card processing. It's free to sign up, has no monthly fees, and will save you a lot of time! Check out our help article for the steps to apply.

The best way to learn Fusion is to jump in and start working. You are going to have questions, so it's helpful to know what resources you have when you get stuck.
- Fusion's help center is always at your disposal. To access, click the Help icon
in the upper right of Fusion and click Get Help. Our in-app help center will appear where you can search our help articles for the answers you need.
- If you're still stuck, the Fusion support team is here to help. Once you've searched for a help article, click the Leave us a message option to send us an email. Be sure to include as much detail as you can, and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
