Permissions: You need the Scheduling permission to use these functions.
Go to Schedule → Reminders → Status Updates to see the appointments that have already begun but have not been checked in, canceled, or marked as no show.
- You can change the time frame for these reminders or turn them off in Clinic Options.
- To the right of each appointment in the list, you can click the checked in , no show , patient canceled , or clinic canceled icon to change its status.
- If you accidentally change the status of an appointment, click the undo icon to change it back to the Scheduled status.
