Goal Bank (Fusion)

Permissions: You need the Admin permission to use these functions.

Go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Goal Bank to manage your clinic's goal bank. The goal templates here can be used to quickly add a goal to a patient.

Add a Goal Bank Item

  1. In the lower right, click the + Goal button.
  2. Fill in the goal's information.
  3. Click the Save Goal Bank Item button.

 

Edit a Goal Bank Item

  1. Click the goal you want to edit.
  2. Once you've made changes, click the Save Goal Bank Item button.

Import Goal Bank Items

You can import Fusion's premade goals into your clinic's goal bank. Exact duplicates will not be imported again if the goal already exists.

All or None: When you import Fusion's goal bank items, all of the goals in the selected categories will be imported at once.

  1. In the lower right, click the Import Items button.
  2. Select the checkbox next to one or more categories you want to import goals for.
  3. Click the Import Goal Bank Items button.

 

Delete a Goal Bank Item

  1. To the right of the goal, click the delete icon delete_icon.png.
  2. Click the Delete Goal Bank Item button.

 

About the Fields

Field Description
Services Identifies which service types this goal is available for.
Goal The text that will be inserted when this goal is selected for a patient. 
Use {patient} in this field to represent the patient's name. When this goal is selected by a therapist, it will be replaced by that patient's name or nickname automatically.
