Outcome Measures (Fusion)

Go to Admin → Evaluations → Outcome Measures to customize the outcome measures available for your clinic to use in evaluations, progress notes, re-assessments, and discharges.

In This Article

Add an Outcome Measure

  1. In the lower right, click the + Measure button.
  2. Fill in the outcome measure's name.
  3. Click the Save Outcome Measure button.

Edit an Outcome Measure

  1. Click the outcome measure you want to edit.
  2. Once you've made changes, click the Save Outcome Measure button.

Delete an Outcome Measure

  NOTE: You can only delete an outcome measure if it is not linked to any evaluations

  1. To the right of the outcome measure, click the delete icon delete_icon.png.
  2. Click the Delete Outcome Measure button.

About the Fields

Field Description
Name The name of the outcome measure, which will appear on documents when selected by the therapist.
