If you or the other person is hearing feedback or echoing during the session, one of you might be using an unsupported browser. This primarily occurs when using Edge or Internet Explorer on a Windows computer. Make sure you and the other person are using one of the supported browsers for a teletherapy session.
If you're using a supported browser and still hear feedback or echoing, try the following:
- Reduce the volume of the speakers.
- Reduce the sensitivity of your microphone.
- Use headphones.
- Try joining the session from a different browser or computer.
