Contact Fusion support: Click the Contact Support menu item to send a message to the Fusion support team. Previously, this menu item was labeled Get Help.
- Access Fusion's online knowledge base: Click the Help Articles menu item to access help articles from the main page of Fusion's online knowledge base. Previously, this menu item was labeled Get Started and linked to the Get Started section of the knowledge base.
Change “Successful” eligibility request status to “Received”: The Status of an eligibility request that has received a response from the payer has been changed from "Successful” to “Received” for clarity.
Custom Intake Forms
Custom intake forms can be submitted with an invalid date: When a date field is included on a custom intake form, and a portal user has filled in an invalid date, such as 09602023, a validation message will now appear to clarify that the date must be valid. Previously, the intake form could be submitted with an invalid date, preventing it from being opened or deleted by the clinic once submitted.
Checked items appear unchecked in preview of custom intake form: When reviewing a submitted custom intake form, checkboxes with a leading or trailing space in the label will now properly show if they are checked. Previously, these appeared to be unchecked to the user reviewing the form even if the portal user checked them.
