Add Patient Alerts

 

Patient Alerts appear on all of the patient's appointments. Use Patient alerts to note important information about the patient, such as allergies or custody information. 

Add Patient Alert

1. Search for the patient in the Search Patient box in the upper left.
2. Scroll down to find Patient Alerts at the bottom of the Patient tab in the Patient Information window.
3. Select Edit Patient Alerts.
4. Add desired notes.
5. Click Save.

What they look like

When you add Patient Alerts, they will appear on all of their appointments.  This is an example of how they appear.

How to disable/remove

1. Search for the patient in the Search Patient box in the upper left.
2. Scroll down to find Patient Alerts at the bottom of the Patient tab in the Patient Information window.
3. Select Edit Patient Alerts.
4. Highlight and delete desired notes.
5. Click Save.
