Transactions Report in New Insights
- A new “Transactions” report source is now available in new Insights to create reports and charts based on payments processed through Fusion, including both Vantage and Therapy Brands Pay vendors! This report shows one row per payment processing transaction and provides a replacement for the legacy Transactions report.
Claim boxes 3 and 11a need to print four-digit years: The year in boxes 3 and 11a on printed claim forms is now in CCYY format (e.g., 2023) instead of YY format (e.g., 23).
Notify that clearing a billing account removes processed payments: When a biller clicks the Clear Account button on a billing account, the confirmation dialog now explicitly says that even statement lines for payments processed through Fusion will be permanently removed.
Can't preview or download original file of pending PDF intake forms: Previewing or printing/downloading a pending PDF intake form that has not been submitted back to the clinic by the portal user yet will now work as expected. Previously, a message indicated the file couldn’t be previewed and downloading the document failed.
Can't search Intake Forms page: Typing in the Search field in Admin → Intake Forms will now filter the list to show only matching intake forms. Previously, the Search field did not work.
Non-friendly error shown for duplicate intake form: If two users try to send the same intake form for the same patient at similar times, an error explaining the patient has already received that intake form will now appear. Previously, an “unknown problem” error appeared.
Invoice rule: Change label name “textarea” to “value”: When an admin creates or edits an invoice rule where Subject is set to “Field Value” and Field is set to “Bill To Address”, the label for the condition’s value is now “Value” as expected. Previously, it was “Textarea”.
