Fusion processes payments using two different secure payment processors: Vantage, and Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. When you enrolled in payment processing with Fusion, you enrolled with either Vantage or Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. While both are secure merchant processing platforms, they each function differently as they interface within Fusion.
Because of this difference, articles in Fusion's online Knowledge Base may indicate that some information is for clinics using Vantage, while other information is for clinics using Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. This means that if you are looking up payment processing information in Fusion's Knowledge Base, you need to know which payment processor your clinic is using.

How do I know which payment processor Fusion uses for my practice?
If you aren't sure which payment processor Fusion is using for your practice, you can find out by looking in the Add-Ons section under the Admin tab within Fusion. The Payment Processing Card in this section will indicate whether your practice is using Vantage, or Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe.
If the Payment Processing Card displays the Therapy Brands Pay logo, your practice is using Therapy Brands Pay with Stripe. If the Payment Processing Card displays your company contact and banking information, your clinic is using Vantage.
